Jacque is not only your Concierge, she’s also an RN with over 20 years of experience and the Owner of Best Care. You can call or text her directly for questions and assistance with any part of your healthcare needs, from changing your level of care to help filling out forms and so much more.
Our Concierge Program Offers:
Direct Access to a Registered Nurse
Receive a direct line to our Registered Nurse owner, who is available 24/7 to answer all your caregiving and medical questions. Your concierge can also help you navigate your hospital/facility experience by advocating for you.
Caregivers
We refer experienced caregivers who specialize in assisting seniors with daily living activities — in your home, personalized to your needs. Our caregivers have supported clients across a full range of conditions, from physical to neurological and oncological.
Caregiver Replaced Within Hours
If your caregiver isn’t the right fit or is unavailable, we can find a replacement the same day. Your care never stops, and your concierge manages the transition so you don’t have to make a single call or have any awkward conversations.
Caregiver Managed by Your Concierge
You shouldn’t have to manage your caregiver’s performance. Your concierge does that for you — communicating care instructions, handling changes, and making sure every caregiver knows exactly what your loved one needs.
