Caregiving helping

When a loved one is diagnosed with memory loss, the emotional toll is immediate, but the administrative burden often creeps in later. Families are frequently unprepared for the mountain of paperwork required to access benefits. At Best Care, we believe your energy should be spent on connection, not administration. That is why we have integrated comprehensive claims assistance directly into our service model.

We understand that navigating insurance policies while managing a health crisis feels impossible. Our unique concierge program is designed to lift this specific weight off your shoulders. Direct Assignment of Benefits

Financial stress should never accompany the search for quality in home caregivers for seniors. Unlike many agencies that require you to pay upfront and wait for reimbursement, we accept an Assignment of Benefits. This means we bill your long-term care insurance directly. You avoid significant out-of-pocket costs, preserving your family’s liquid assets for other essential needs while we handle the wait.
