Elevating Your Care Experience in South Florida

In an increasingly crowded market for in-home care services, choosing the right provider for your loved ones can be daunting. While companies like Home Instead and Visiting Angels offer services, Best Care stands out as a trusted nurse registry in South Florida. Our commitment to putting clients first sets us apart, ensuring a level of care and support that goes beyond typical arrangements. Let’s explore what makes Best Care different from the rest.

Get Direct 24/7 Access to a Registered Nurse With Best Care

senior looking sadly out window, needs concierge program

One of the most critical aspects of our service is the direct access to a registered nurse available 24/7.

NUnlike Home Instead and Visiting Angels, which often rely on answering services, Best Care ensures you can reach a real medical professional at any time.
NOur RN owner is always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and advocate for your loved one’s care.
NThis immediate accessibility offers peace of mind, knowing that expert support is just a call away.

A Network of Vetted Professionals

Best Care connects families with a wealth of vetted professionals, from case managers to social workers. This holistic approach differentiates us from Home Instead and Visiting Angels, which primarily focus on caregiving services alone. Our comprehensive support system ensures that every aspect of the client’s care is addressed effectively.

Take Advantage of Flexible Scheduling

The rigidity often found in other home care programs can be a significant inconvenience for families. Home Instead and Visiting Angels typically enforce strict scheduling policies, including minimum hours and upcharges for weekend service. In contrast, Best Care has no minimums and does not charge extra for weekend care. Our flexible approach means you get the support you need, precisely when you need it, without unexpected costs.

Zero Out-of-Pocket Expenses

When it comes to financing care, Best Care offers a significant advantage: zero out-of-pocket expenses after any elimination period. This means you won't pay upfront and then wait for reimbursement, as is the case with many competitors.

Our concierge program is designed for ease and transparency, allowing you to focus on your loved one's health without worrying about financial burdens.

Rapid Caregiver Replacement

Caregiver consistency is vital for successful home care. At Best Care, we prioritize keeping your loved one’s care seamless and effective. If a caregiver is unfit or unavailable, you won’t face a lengthy replacement process as with many competitors. Instead, we guarantee rapid caregiver replacement, ensuring that care needs are consistently met without delays.

Free In-Home Claims Management

Navigating insurance claims can feel like an uphill battle, especially if you’re dealing with a critical health situation. Best Care simplifies this process by offering FREE in-home claims management. While other companies leave you to handle your claims alone, our experienced staff assists you every step of the way. This service removes unnecessary stress and ensures that you can utilize your long-term care insurance effectively.
